# Global Partner

**If you recognize our project and have certain market resources, you can apply to become our global partner.** 

#### A. Partner's rights: 

    1、Possess the right to directly promote products in designated countries or regions and share 

          dividends; 

    2、Possess product agency rights in designated countries or regions, and independently 

          develop subordinate agencies under the premise of meeting project requirements; 

    3、Regularly receive project token rewards, and permanently own the project's share dividends; 

    4、Access to the national self-media operation, customer service support, and exclusive 

          marketing resource matching configured by the project. 

#### B. partner obligations : 

    1、It is not allowed to promote the project in the form of falsehood, deception, etc.; 

    2、Do not damage the brand image; 

    3、It is not allowed to intentionally induce mining of users from the countries where other

          partners belong; 

    4、No promotion to countries expressly prohibited It is not allowed to use the status of a partner

          to  obtain company dividends. Violators will be disqualified as a partner and punished; 

    5、Obey the company management system and norms; 

#### C. Partner requirements : 

    1、Have certain industry experience or industry resources; 

    2、There must be a clear promotion plan and investment in the project;

    3、Depending on the partner's situation, various project partnership deposits will be charged.
